Once you give us all the required information, we will track all of your special occasions for you, and then we will send a gift to anyone you wish on your behalf, per your instructions, year after year based on the type and price range you specified.

Cookies for Dad every year on Fathers Day? - No problem.
Flowers for your Daughter every year on her birthday? - You’ve got it.
Roses for your Girlfriend every year on Valentines Day? - Done.

The Details:

First you need an account. This is where we collect your data and contact information. (For use only in the event we need to get in touch with you regarding your gift events). Click Here To Start Your Account. (No credit card needed)

You Make No Payments Until Your Gift Is Sent!

Create A "Recipient List"

Next, you just enter the people you want to send gifts to into our database. These are your “Recipients” and you can have as many Recipients as you wish.

Attach "Events"

Then you attach “Events” (like valentines day, mothers day, or a birthday for example) to the Recipients, and assign them gift details for each event (Roses, $69-$79). You can attach as many events to each recipient as you wish. For example, Mom might have the following Events attached to her record. See a list of common gift holidays here.

Then you just relax. We'll take care of the rest.

And just to make sure you remember that you sent the gift, we will send you an e-mail and a text message to your cell phone reminding you that you sent a gift. That way you won’t be surprised when Mom calls you up to thank you for being so thoughtful!

How it works FAQ:

Is it easy to cancel a recipient or change a recipient or gift type?
Yes. Using our event manager, you can add, edit, change, activate, inactivate, or delete a recipient or any detail of the event with the click of a button.

What if my wife sees the charge on my credit card?
She will not be happy that I “scheduled” an anniversary gift or got someone else to send a gift for me! Yes, we thought of this too. So our credit card receipt charges will show up as “SDC Gifts & Floral”. GiftCommander.com will never appear on anything your recipient sees.

What if my credit card is declined for the transaction?
We will attempt to schedule your gift approximately a week and a half before its required delivery date. If at that time your card is declined, we still have time to attempt contact with you to get an alternate card or correct the data we have on file. If we cannot contact you or get the card to run, that event and all future events would be skipped until we’ve received a valid credit card.

What keeps my recipient from getting the exact same gift year after year?
Good question! Our database tracks the gifts we send on your behalf, and will not repeat a specific arrangement or gift. This is also why we don’t let you specify with too much detail the gift when you assign it. You just choose from a category and/or a price range, which gives us the latitude to change the specific gift from year to year, and event to event, yet stay within your desired gift type and price range.

Why can’t I pick a specific gift?
Since our service by its very nature spans long periods of time, we cannot guarantee that a specific gift will be available next year, or five years from now. Plus, you probably don’t want your recipient getting the exact same gift year after year anyway, do you?

So, basically, It's the equilivent of calling up a local florist and saying "Send my wife flowers for Mothers Day... Something nice and keep it under $60.00 please."

What if I don’t want to send a particular type of gift, like flowers, each year?
We’ve got you covered there too! In that case instead of picking a specific gift type, just pick the gift type option “Gifts for Gals” or "Gifts for Guys" and then assign a price category that you want us to send from. We’ll mix it up, year after year, yet stay within the price guidelines you specified. Alternately, you could modify your instructions in the event manager each time you wanted to change the specific type or price range of gift.
